‘Brussels by Tram’: there is an exhibition right now in La Maison Autrique (Autrique House is a superbly renovated Art Nouveau (Jugend Stil, end 20th c.) museum ), where Alexandre Obolensky displays every day’s life’s scenes. If you check his site, you’ll see what I have liked: passengers behind fast moving humid windowpanes, full of their private worries…
This painter is also a theater and ballet decorator, and it shows here, in ‘Tram’.
