The painter of dancing signs( and shapes, and colours) Joan Miro, ‘Bleu 2’. This looks so simple. Yet, like any mysterious language, it excites the imagination.

Everything is contrast here :cold and warm colours, irregular vertical line and undulating horizontal one, rough rapid straight shape and sensuous carefully done little spheres.
There is perspective also in this apparently frontal work: black, that non-colour, ensures a horizon line that seems far away from the red, deep into that smurfy blue.
